Monardo Estate Law was founded by its principal, Sandra Monardo, in May 2022. We are a women-driven law firm dedicated to empowering and supporting people, providing exceptional legal services tailored to address the unique estate related challenges faced in Ontario.

The goal continues to be to provide legal services in estate law at lower hourly rates and flexible fee structures than what are offered by traditional larger firms and to offer flat fees for wills drafting to ensure transparent and affordable planning for your future. Our services include drafting, administration and litigation services including drafting wills and powers of attorney, advising attorneys, guardians and estate trustees, administering estates and bringing or defending court applications including passing of accounts, will challenges, attorney disputes, and guardianship disputes. To add, Sandra Monardo acts as estate trustee and estate trustee during litigation and is regularly sought out as mediator for estate disputes.
