Gurloveen Dullat is the founder of Dullat Law, where she is responsible for guiding clients within the legal framework of Real Estate, Corporate Law, Wills & Estates, and Immigration Law. Gurloveen has extensive experience in working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, in which she works to ensure that her clients are well protected when it comes to their legal interests. Such legal interests include negotiating manufacturing agreements, assignment of rights for formulas, partnership agreements, purchase and sale of assets and shares, franchise agreements, shareholder agreements, and corporate organization. Prior to founding Dullat Law, Gurloveen spent over 5 years within the legal industry where she navigated clients through the consequences of poorly executed contracts. Through this experience, Gurloveen developed a strong passion in providing clients with the protection they need in order to focus on their interests without the concern of legal repercussions. Gurloveen holds a Masters of International Law in Commerce from Queens University of Belfast, in which she specialized in intellectual property and information technology law. Through studying abroad, Gurloveen gained a deep understanding of the intricacies of EU and UK law, providing her with a unique global perspective that she can provide clients in Canada.
